Our consulting firm, zeb consulting, identified a significant gap in the education of finance industry professionals; essential content and skills need to be covered or addressed in their academic studies. To bridge this gap, we established the zeb.business school in collaboration with Steinbeis University. Our portfolio includes accredited study programs and continuing education offerings tailored to the finance industry.

Founded in 1998, the state-recognized private Steinbeis University is one of Germany’s largest private universities, with over 5,000 students. The university is renowned for its unique work-integrated and part-time study programs, which embody a commitment to a transfer-oriented approach.

But we don’t just share our knowledge and experiences – we have reimagined the concept of “university”. Our goal is to provide students with a future-oriented platform focused on developing their skills and ways of thinking. For example, instead of traditional lectures, we emphasize collaborative content development. We do not have conventional exams. Instead, our students discuss approaches to solving real-world challenges from their business environment. Our emphasis is consistently on practical learning.
